Prime Publishing Service is a publishing services company that provides a range of services to authors, including book writing, editing, proofreading, cover design, publishing, distribution, marketing, printing, audiobook production, author website development, and video book trailer creation. We provide publishing-related services as agreed between us and the client at the start of each project. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each service are confirmed during the onboarding process before any work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
All services are carried out by our team or trusted partners working under our supervision. We make every reasonable effort to deliver work that meets the standard discussed and agreed upon at the outset of the project.
By placing an order or agreeing to work with Prime Publishing Service, you confirm that you are authorised to enter into a binding agreement. Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon before work begins. We require payment in accordance with the schedule outlined in your project agreement. Failure to make payment on time may result in delays to your project or suspension of work until outstanding amounts are settled.
All prices quoted are in the currency agreed at the time of the order. Quoted prices do not include any applicable taxes, duties, or third party fees unless specifically stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
We want every client to be satisfied with the work we deliver. Each service includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed at the start of your project. Revisions are understood to mean adjustments within the original agreed scope — requests that fall outside the original brief may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
Once a deliverable has been approved by the client, it is considered final. We are not responsible for errors or changes requested after final approval has been given.
All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables — including manuscripts, cover designs, illustrations, websites, and any other materials created specifically for your project — belong to you upon receipt of full payment. We retain no ownership over your content once payment has been completed.
You are responsible for ensuring that any materials, ideas, or content you provide to us do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. By providing us with content, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that its use in your project will not give rise to any claims against Prime Publishing Service.
We treat all client projects and information with strict confidentiality. We will not share, disclose, or discuss your project with third parties except where necessary to deliver the agreed services. Our team members and partners are bound by the same obligation of confidentiality.
We ask that clients also treat any proprietary processes, templates, or working methods shared by Prime Publishing Service as confidential and not share them with third parties.
We provide estimated timelines for each project at the outset and make every reasonable effort to meet agreed deadlines. However, timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, including delays in receiving materials or approvals from the client. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or late submissions from the client’s side.
If a deadline is critical to your project, please inform us at the time of booking so we can factor it into the project plan.
Prime Publishing Service will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of anticipated profits, or damage to reputation. Our total liability in connection with any project will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project.
We do not guarantee specific sales figures, reader numbers, platform rankings, or marketing outcomes. Results from our marketing and promotion services depend on a range of factors outside our direct control.
If you wish to cancel a project after work has begun, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Refunds are assessed on a case by case basis depending on how much work has been completed at the time of cancellation. Work that has already been completed and delivered is generally non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel a project if a client is unresponsive for an extended period, engages in abusive behaviour toward our team, or is found to be in breach of these terms. In such cases, any fees paid for completed work will not be refunded.
By using our services, you confirm that your project does not contain content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to use our services to produce or distribute material that infringes on the rights of others or that could expose Prime Publishing Service to legal liability.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue work on any project that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be in violation of these terms or contrary to our values as a company.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
